In 1986 BTMS (Business Telephone & Management Systems was established by Tony Coelho, purely as a supplier of Telephone Management Systems. In 1992 our in-house system, the DOS-based BTMS 2000 was released for monitoring of all electronic PABX's which supported call logging.
In 1993, just before the 1995 Rugby World Cup, and due to the high demand created by the dramatic increase in the number of B & B establishments, we developed the Hotelier Property Management System, which was subsequently installed at hundreds of guest houses and smaller hotels throughout the country
In 2001 Hotelier was re-written using the Clarion RAD programming language which was windows-based and compatible with all versions of windows available at the time
Hotelier is currently at Version 8, (Hotelier Classic)which was released to new clients in Jan 2000. Hotelier continues to be a fore-runner in the development and supply of Hospitality Systems which satisfy the needs of establishments ranging in size from 4 to 100 rooms.
